Orchid Lei No Return & Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our business and the advanced planning required, all orchid lei sales are final and non-returnable.
We begin fulfilling lei orders months in advance of commencement season, including reserving premium product, securing shipments, and allocating labor to ensure timely delivery. These preparations are essential to provide the freshest, highest-quality leis for your celebration.
Cancellations are accepted up to 30 days before your scheduled delivery, but please note that a 10% processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover non-refundable credit card processing and administrative costs.
After that 30-day window, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Very nice lei and it looks great on the kid for pics However it was a bit chaotic trying to get the lei before graduation ceremony started. Kids all waiting in line at the booth at cmc and couldn’t find the lei as it was under the person who ordered and not the person whom it’s for. Sherwood needs to have better logistics for this process or ask kids to come earlier so they weren’t rushed . ---- Florist's Response: We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced with the pickup process feeling rushed. The college provided instructions to commence setup by noon for lei distribution, as specified in the pickup information when you placed your order. Our team was fully prepared by 11:45 and began distribution promptly. In the future, we will have a sign on the table with a pickup time as to not cause any confusion. Given that the majority of pickups are made by parents, we organize orders alphabetically by parents' names. Students' names were included in the spreadsheet if provided by the individual placing the order, although often this information was not provided. I hope the fresh lei added to your graduate's festivities and made for very nice photos!
